What the role is
What you will be working on
• Identify opportunities and helm efforts to grow and strengthen specific psychological domains
• Conceptualise, lead and manage projects and initiatives in specific psychological domains
• Conduct research, assessments and interventions in psychological domains relevant to SID.
These include, but are not limited to, mental health and well-being, organisational psychology, social psychology and psychological profiling
• Provide consultation, advice and training to relevant SID stakeholders in psychological matters
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind
• Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas
• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential
What you will gain:

What we are looking for
• Must possess at least a recognised post-graduate degree in Psychology
• Minimally 5 years of relevant work experience
• Willingness to work in different fields of psychology
• Strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Motivated team player, as well as an independent self-starter
