What the role is
What you will be working on
• Engage senior leadership closely to develop strategies for the successful implementation of a competency-based HR system in SID
• Collaborate with key partners across SID to design and implement plans and initiatives, including the regular review and update of the organisation's competency frameworks, based on organisational needs and developments
• Support the integration of competencies into HR processes and enterprise HR IT solutions
• Educate and engage SID officers on our approach to competency-based HR through communications and training initiatives
If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to:
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind
• Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas
• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders
