The goal of Family Life Group (FLG) is to nurture a family-friendly society by strengthening family resilience through all stages of life, and to support families to overcome early risks and challenges to family relationships. The Operations Planning & Transformation (OPT) Division is responsible for developing the overall operational plans to strengthen and support family through all stages of life. It also oversees transformation, data and digitalisation, capability development and engagement strategies for FLG.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will be part of the Family Data and Analytics (FDA) Branch that oversees data projects, data management, data governance and analytics of family information. At a high level, you are to ensure the timely delivery of FDA projects, products and services. You are to handle the different facets of a project, making sure they are coordinated and implemented as per project timeline. Your stakeholders are FDA product owners, IT division, Data Governance Office and system vendors. • Manage the development and implementation of Family Status Repository 2.0 system. • Responsible for developing product strategy and roadmap, including engagement with key business stakeholders to define and refine use case requirements, as well as secure the required support from key business leaders for the product roadmap • Responsible for day-to-day product management, including engagement with users and developers to develop and refine user experience design and product backlog, manage development sprints, track work progress, and continually engage with key business leaders to ensure close ops-tech integration throughout system development • Oversee the execution of required system management activities such as architecture clearance, security risk assessments, user access management, and any other governance requirements to comply with IM8 • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to product development, and the readiness of business user stories or requirements at each project phase. • Proactive update of product progress and to escalate where relevant. • Ensure the delivery of product within an acceptable quality and timely manner. • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset by analysing product delivery outcome to acquire learnings and feedback into the specific product features in the next iteration. • Review and propose business automation tools that could aid our product development.

• Tertiary education in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. • At least 8 years of relevant experience in data management or product management roles. • Experience in change management and transformation initiatives. • Proficient with agile methodology or Scrum framework will be an advantage. • Team player who can engage with various levels of stakeholders. • Highly motivated with effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to conceptualise quickly, multi-task and work under pressure. • Comfortable in managing multiple assignments of various stages concurrently. • Possess strong problem-solving disposition, analytical mindset and good cognitive skills and creativity to deliver logical and efficient product implementation.
