What the role is
What you will be working on
You are a member of the dynamic team which oversees and supports organisational excellence initiatives and manages LTA’s websites and service infrastructure systems. To succeed, you must be able to multi-task and prioritise projects and deadlines. You are expected to work closely with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure tasks and project(s) are completed smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and maintaining website content to ensure it remains up-to-date and relevant
• Supporting the operations and maintenance of service infrastructure systems
• Managing the service quality management system
• Undertaking any other projects or tasks assigned

What we are looking for
• Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in Business, Information Systems, or Information Technology
• Preferably with, but not necessary, 5 years of experience in site content audit, digital content management and/or project management or maintenance of business systems such as ISO, Anti-Bribery Management System or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (advantageous)
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong passion for continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
