The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE), a permanent division under the Ministry of Manpower, improves the well-being of migrant workers by enhancing the healthcare, housing and social aspects of the migrant worker landscape.
The Senior Manager / Manager will be part of a small group of dedicated ACE Officers responsible to drive new knowledge, new/enhanced processes, services, ideas or solutions for the entire ACE operations as well as to implement change or drive improvement to ACE operation operations. The role contributes to ACE mission by enabling ACE to remain effectively respond to uncertain and rapidly changing operating environment.

Responsibilities
Systems and operations processes.
• Support the development of frameworks and procedures to steer operational planning and implementation, in line with division’s objectives.
• Aid in partnering with key parties (such as Ops Tech Branch and GovTech) to utilise technological tools and data-centric methods for improving division’s systems and operational processes.
• Help pinpoint system resources to bolster division's knowledge management practices.
Standard operating procedures and doctrine.
• Support the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and doctrine to direct division's operational planning and execution.
• Aid in identifying gaps in processes, procedures, and knowledge that should be incorporated into SOPs and doctrine.
• Contribute to or spearhead the evaluation of SOPs and doctrine, ensuring their continued relevance and currency for guiding division's actions during both peacetime and crisis situations.
Innovation and system enhancements.
• Support the promotion of innovation and process enhancement initiatives throughout the operations hub.
• Aid in developing collaborative tools and systems to improve division's operational processes.
• Help maintain inter-agency partnerships and integrate best practices (including systems and tools) to enhance division's administration and operations.
