What the role is

1. Oversee the implementation of the Sustainable Philanthropy Framework
2. Monitor and analyse the evolving philanthropy landscape to derive insights and opportunities
3. Develop and execute innovative strategies and initiatives to drive change for Community Chest in Singapore’s philanthropy space

What you will be working on

Drive adoption of the Sustainable Philanthropy Framework by establishing partnerships with ecosystem players to amplify the reach to businesses in their network Evaluate the effectiveness of and refine the Framework, including the development of a recognition framework Establish growth trajectory and performance matrix for Community Chest to develop multi-year strategies and goals Evaluate philanthropic opportunities through competitive, financial, sectoral and strategic fit analyses and develop new ideas and innovative funding instruments Facilitate informed decision making by providing timely research and insights to the senior management team and Committee Lead projects and assignments as and when needed

What we are looking for

Personal Competencies:

Structured and analytical mind with good problem identification and solving abilities. Strategic thinking and good interpersonal skill. Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Skills & Knowledge:

Numerical and comfortable with handling financial projection Advanced aptitude in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of social service/fundraising landscape will be an added advantage

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of work experience in strategy formulation and execution
