Temporary Assistant, SPTE Escape Room (3 Months Contract)

What the role is
What you will be working on
The incumbent is to operate the Escape Room.
What we are looking for
Description of duties:
- Play briefing video
- Prepare rooms for groups, including resetting the rooms (15 minutes after 1 hour of gameplay), check condition of puzzles/ props
- Start timer for rooms, and ensure that timing is adhered to
- Assist in gameplay, eg if help is needed to move on or clues to solve with walkies or on the control panel
- Training will be provided by team to ensure that the staff knows the gameplay and puzzles, and how to reset the room
- There is a control room that is able to control all the puzzles and also serves as a rest area for the staff
The incumbent will be on Roster Shift.
Performing weekend duties (including public holidays) is mandatory.
