What the role is
What you will be working on
As a member of the school administration team, you will:
• Provide administrative support for Continuing Education and Training (CET) and Pre-Employment Training (PET) in academic services such as setting up systems for course registration, liaising with external on admission matters, etc.
• Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes and increase efficiency.
• Develop engaging content strategies and create compelling multimedia content for our target audience on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Manage and maintain our department websites and collaterals by coordinating with relevant stakeholders within school and corporate offices to keep information current and relevant.
• Involve in procurement, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Provide secretariat duties for meetings and administrative support for various school events and programmes, such as outreach, industry events and student programmes.
• Assume ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
What we are looking for
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in educational administration.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work independently with strong planning and organising skills
• Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful, with proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Meticulous with good administrative, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar in operating web and digital marketing platforms.
