You oversee the development of psychological interventions to enhance the cognitive and psychological performance of sailors and crews within the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).

- Design and implement research to identify performance barriers specific to the Naval context - Validate the effectiveness of possible psychological interventions - Integrate and proliferate validated interventions into policy, training, and operational systems - Keep abreast of developments relevant to performance psychology in the Navy - Horizon scan for innovative solutions to address performance issues - Collaborate with other ministries, academic institutions, and professional agencies - Advance the practice of performance psychology within the RSN Challenge(s) - Adapting psychological interventions to the unique Naval context

- Education in Psychology - At least 6 years of relevant experience - Knowledge and experience in applied research - Experience in psychological skills program development - Independence and forward-thinking mindset - Passion for growing the practice of psychology in the RSN - Strong research and statistical skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
