You are responsible for managing matters and operations relating to pre-enlistees for National Service (NS).

- Plan and direct the implementation of NS policies in various areas, including NS registration, NS deferment and exemption, Exit control requirements, NS assignment, NS enlistment - Develop plans for policy implementation in collaboration with various stakeholders - Work on overall improvements in systems and procedures for pre-enlistment operations - Support Central Manpower Base's (CMPB) journey towards service excellence Challenge(s) - Continuously improving systems and procedures in a complex operational environment
