What the role is
What you will be working on
On this, you ensure proper governance and implementation of NSmen training and administration in the Formation. You drive NS Human Resource (HR) administration and succession planning. In addition, you oversee feedback management, communication to NSmen, and organise cohesion activities for NSmen. Your challenge lies in having strong composure and clarity of thought, while handling heavy workload, especially during high-tempo periods.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 8 years' experience in HR or relevant experience. Possession of excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, management and leadership skills is required. You must be meticulous. Having an appreciation of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) NS structures, systems, policies and processes is preferred.
