What the role is
What you will be working on
- Ensure proper governance and implementation of NSmen training and administration
- Drive NS Human Resource (HR) administration and succession planning
- Oversee feedback management and communication to NSmen
- Organise cohesion activities for NSmen
- Manage the overall NS training system within the Formation
Challenge(s)
- Maintaining strong composure and clarity of thought while handling heavy workload
- Managing high-tempo periods effectively
What we are looking for
- At least 8 years of experience in HR or relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Effective management and leadership capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Appreciation of Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) NS structures, systems, policies, and processes is preferred
