You develop National Service (NS) Human Resource (HR) plans for the Digital & Intelligence Service (DIS), focusing on enhancing DIS-specific HR provisions to enable NSmen to contribute effectively to intelligence, digital, and cyber work.

- Develop and enhance DIS-specific HR provisions for NSmen - Collaborate with stakeholders to address NS policy clarifications within the Service - Develop HR ecosystems to engage NSmen and the DIS alumni - Track talent development and promote regular job opportunities - Plan NS workforce and HR resources - Create policies that enable work within short NS recall periods and security constraints Challenge(s) - Developing custom solutions that meet DIS' specific needs while aligning with broader NS policies

- At least 2 years of working experience in related fields is preferred - Self-driven, resourceful and results-oriented - Critical and logical thinking skills - Effective written and oral communication - Confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels - Ability to plan and conduct user research (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
