What the role is
What you will be working on
Evaluate and remodel process workflows at the Division level
Develop application solutions to digitalise end-to-end processes and support operation.
Develop and Implement Process Automation solutions
Support ITE Chief Data Officer in the following areas:
- Data governance and compliance in agency related to IM8 data domain group
- Clarify data and data classification issues with Government Data Division (GDD), where applicable
- Ensure organisation’s data management practices comply with Whole of Government (WOG) policies and standards, and promote secure and responsible use of data
Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to support automation and digitalisation efforts in the Division.
What we are looking for
Possess suitable academic and/or professional credential in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics or equivalent
Experience (min. 3 years) in technology with strong project management and system solutioning skills
Collaborative work experience with a team, involving business stakeholder, users, software architects and vendors to deliver data, digitalisation and/or automation projects
Exposure to PDPA and/or IM8 and WOG policies/standards is preferred
Adept at learning new development/solutioning tools and familiar with agile methodology
Strong interpersonal, communication and report writing skills
