What the role is

Temporary contract role in the Academic Affairs Department [Several vacancies available]

What you will be working on

You may be required to work on any of the following job scopes: 1. Handling of Admissions Hotline. [4 vacancies; contract period Dec 2024 to May 2025] i. Handle call enquiries on Admissions and Enrolment matters ii. Logging of enquiries iii. Contacting applicants and students on submission of application and enrolment documents iv. Any other administrative duties 2. Processing of applications and appeals for applicants with ITE Certificate / foreign qualification [1 vacancy; contract period Feb to Apr 2025] i. Updating and Verification of application records in system ii. Creation of appeal records in system iii. Printing out of document submission from Admissions email account iv. Generating, printing, photocopying, mailing and filing of the application outcome to applicants v. Updating and tracking of appeal record in e-work team site vi. Retrieval of forms/ applicant records for evaluation vii. Cleaning up of applicant data in system viii. Any other administrative duties 3. Handling of Enrolment Exercises [1 vacancy; contract period Jan to May 2025] i. Assisting in the emailing of enrolment packages to successful applicants ii. Assisting in enrolment activities such as a. Updating of submission of documents in system b. Scanning of photographs, printing of matriculation cards & distribution to schools c. Following-up with students on submission of outstanding documents d. Scanning and verifying enrolment documents for E-dossier e. Filing of student dossier iii. Any other administrative duties 4. Assisting with data cleaning of student records and handling of graduation matters [1 vacancy; contract period Apr to May 2025] i. Assisting with data cleaning of records such as addresses and contact numbers ii. Checking of softcopy graduand registration cards by sessions iii. Assisting in ad-hoc graduation registration and support other operational activities iv. Any other administrative duties

• Tertiary qualification • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) • Meticulous and is a team player • Able to commit to the full contract period required
