What the role is
What you will be working on
• You will drive, manage and review talent management initiatives and programmes to enhance the capabilities and maximise the potential of officers to build a high performing workforce in MOM.
• This includes working with the Senior Management, internal as well as external stakeholders to manage talent selection, deployment, training, and engagement, as part of leadership development.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary Qualifications and IHRP certification is a plus;
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience;
• An understanding of the workings and work processes of the Civil and Public Service, is advantageous;
• Other key attributes:
i. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
ii. Meticulous with an eye for detail
iii. Highly logical with strong analytical skills
iv. Team player, able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
