Role and Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of tender documents e.g. EPV, AOR, Price Schedule, Schedule of rates, tender evaluation, and award. • Assist in FM maintenance coordination and management of term contractors at sport centres Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) • Take on secretariat role for meetings with consultants (if applicable) and engagement with internal/ external stakeholders • Review and consolidate FSOR and equipment list • Collate IFM requirements from internal stakeholders • Coordinate efforts of internal stakeholders to migrate from existing contract into IFM format • Coordinate market sensing exercise to obtain budgetary estimates from FM service providers • Assist to prepare tender documents • Evaluate tenderers’ submissions • Assist in overseeing the operationalizing aspect of IFM by the FM contractor Sports Centres Facilities Management (FM) Assist FM team to check/ verify POs, fault assessment, inspect rectification works, and carry out improvement projects

Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. • Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management • Experience in FM Maintenance and Contract Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage • Strong leadership and communication skills and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking and analytical skills • Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts • Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal • Passion and interest in sport. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicant’s experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12-months contract.
