This is an individual contributor role and reports directly to the Assistant Director, Digital Marketing.
What You Can Expect
As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, your primary areas of focus will include, but not be limited to the following:
Develop and implement digital content strategy for HPB’s integrated eNewsletters to grow HPB’s email marketing reach and help subscribers stay up to date with the latest from HPB and our partners. This includes content curation, design, development and deployment and a focus on personalising the email experience to ensure relevant, engaging content for HPB’s subscribers.
As HPB’s email marketing lead, lead the overall management, governance and periodic review of Email Marketing Automation tools, to drive best practices in email marketing and achieve business objectives.
Support efforts to optimise HPB’s MarTech stack to enhance marketing efficiency and leverage data-driven insights to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
Foster close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and partners to ensure end-to-end project delivery.
Be a thought leader to analyse emerging trends in Digital Marketing and translate them into actionable plans for HPB Corporate Marketing division through organising and conducting workshops, trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Be Part of the Team
Join us if you are a self-motivated individual, with a passion for digital marketing and technology. You should have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in email marketing, and ideally, expertise in MarTech to drive innovative solutions and results. You should also enjoy working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment, and possess:
Strong project management skills;
Excellent written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively drive collaboration across internal and external matrix teams;
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complexity and perform under pressure.
Budget management expertise;
Candidates with relevant qualifications or experience in Digital Marketing/MarTech, Business, Marketing Communications or a related field will be considered.
