What you will be working on
- Perform daily monitoring of conversations and discussions on topics related to the Army across various media platforms
- Conduct sentiment analysis for significant events and issues related to the Army
- Respond promptly to emerging issues and provide timely analysis
- Analyse findings from media reports to assess trends and portrayal of the Army
- Evaluate communications campaign effectiveness against intended outcomes
Challenge(s)
- Understanding MINDEF/SAF's organisational considerations and intricacies
- Ensuring strategies align with the Army's communication goals
- Staying current with evolving industry trends
What we are looking for
- Education in Communications, Social Sciences, Research, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in research-related work or data analysis in social or communications-related areas is preferred
- Knowledge of sentiment analysis tools and social media monitoring platforms
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet 24/7 operational demands
