You conduct research into communication phenomena, social and behaviour patterns, and provide recommendations to shape Army's communications strategy and efforts.

You support the Army's communication efforts through a data-driven approach. Through synthesising data from various sources, you distil insights and provide actionable recommendations that guide the planning and execution of communication initiatives. Your challenge lies in ensuring the strategies align with the Army's communication goals and stay current with evolving industry trends.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Communications, Social Studies, Psychology, Research or any related field. You should preferably have at least 1-2 years' experience in research-related work or data analysis in social or communications-related areas. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
