What the role is
What you will be working on
ActiveSG Training Centre (ATC) drives the learning and development efforts for all staff in ActiveSG. People development is key to support the transformation of ActiveSG 3.0. ATC channels dedicated resources in capability development to foster a learning culture, deliver robust training programmes and offer wide range of learning activities and resources in an integrated and collaborative manner.
Job Description:
• Shortlist and evaluate of training courses and programmes
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and Training Partners Conduct periodic evaluation and review to maintain currency and relevancy
• Coordinate learning activities and administration, track hours and post-learning obligations
• Co-develop learning resources
• Support the ATC Team in implementation of its policies and programmes
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Sport, Social Science, Learning & Development, Coaching and Instructional Design
• Demonstrated experience in developing and enforcing policies and programmes
• Experience in design of curriculum design, delivery and assessment in the areas of coaching, learning or training and development
• Proven ability to foster collaborative efforts by building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Technology savvy
• Independent
• Has Passion for learning and development
• Resourceful
• Collaborative
• Meticulous
• Effective communication skills (written and oral)
