You will be part of the team to manage learning and development initiatives that develop our workforce's competencies, ensuring staff are future-ready and empowered to achieve MOM's business strategies and outcomes.

What you will be working on

• You will be responsible for identifying, designing and executing programmes to support development of staff, particularly the leaders and supervisors, which may include leadership programmes, exchanges, 360 feedback etc to build strong leadership capabilities. • You will plan and facilitate discussions with various stakeholders to identify and implement appropriate learning interventions that are aligned to MOM’s competency frameworks and strategic goals. • You will conduct regular training policy reviews and provide updates via internal communications channels to ensure that the training policies are kept current and relevant.

What we are looking for

• Possess tertiary qualification in any discipline. • At least 5 years of working experience in learning & development or related field. • Some experience in managing different aspects of the learning cycle (Learning Needs Analysis, Design, Development, Delivery and Evaluation) • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) qualification will be an advantage • Experience in human resource/ learning management systems and technologies, 360 feedback and/or stand-up facilitation is an advantage • Ability to work independently and manage projects closely with minimal supervision • Good team player, facilitation skills and at conceptualising and establishing new ways of work • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills • Good analytical, communication skills, problem-solving and time management skills • Positive attitude and strive for excellence in work
