What the role is

You will be supporting the Project and Facilities Management Team as a Temp Senior/Manager, Infrastructure & Sustainability (1-year Contract)

What you will be working on

What the role entails: - Liaise with users and contractors for maintenance services at assigned HSA premises - Prepare, check, and review quotation/ tender document to ensure meeting operational requirements. - Monitor and manage minor A&A works/ renovation projects and ensure the project is completed within the stipulated time and within approved budget - Prepare contract variation documents for approval. - Ensure contractors comply with maintenance service contracts’ requirements. - Manage and file Project and Maintenance’s documentation/drawings/recordings and prepare them for archival. - Perform other duties as and when assigned by Head, Project, and Maintenance.

What we are looking for

What we are looking for: - Good Background in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics), Estate Management or other relevant disciplines. - At least 3 years of working experience with relevant technical dealings with external and internal building facility issues and possess good project management skills. - Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant computer skills. - Good verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. - Good conceptual and analytical thinking skills. - Able to multi-task and work independently. - Knowledge of Government Instruction Manual (IM) is advantageous
