What the role is
What you will be working on
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance services between users and contractors across assigned HSA premises
- Monitor and ensure contractual compliance of scheduled maintenance works
- Provide timely resolution to site issues through effective problem solving
- Develop technical specifications for tender based on operational requirements
- Oversee minor A&A works, ensuring timely project completion within budget
- Prepare contract variations and secure necessary approvals
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects, maintenance records, and technical drawings and prepare them for archival
- Support additional facilities management initiatives as required.
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Discipline/Specialisation in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in facilities management
- Strong project management capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Government Instruction Manual (IM) would be an advantage.
