What the role is

You will be part of the team based at Pulau Ubin, where you will play a crucial role in managing the island's infrastructure, services, and community relations.

What you will be working on

Support the Community Liaison Manager in:

  • Managing Temporary Occupational Licenses and Tenancy Agreements

  • Conducting house visits and addressing feedback on municipal issues

  • Planning and implementing community programmes involving Pulau Ubin villagers and community partners

  • Data collation and management

What we are looking for

  • Background in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

  • Preferably with experience in community partnership, leasing and properties management skills

  • To effectively communicate with Pulau Ubin villagers during home visits, proficiency in Mandarin/Malay/local dialects is essential

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders

  • Enjoy working in an outdoor environment

  • Willing to work after office hours, on weekends and public holidays when required

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Successful candidate will be offered a 11-month employment contract.
