We are seeking a forward-thinking HR professional with a passion to drive the career development efforts, empowering our officers to navigate and excel in their professional journeys, leading to create a vibrant and exciting workplace in MOM to achieve its strategic goals.

What you will be working on

• Develop and implement a robust career development framework aligned the competencies framework and MOM’s strategic goals. • Design career pathways and archetypes to reflect the diverse opportunities within MOM. • Facilitate awareness among officers regarding their career options, supporting their individual career plans. • Integrate career development processes with other HR functions, including performance and talent management. • Harness technology to enhance career support services and streamline HR processes.

What we are looking for

• Candidates with experience in career development and planning. • Strategic thinkers who can effectively synthesize information from various HR domains. • Adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and effective communication. • IHRP certification is a plus.
