Temp Executive (Exams & Course Admin)

Provide administrative and logistics support for the conduct of AY2024 October Semestral Examination, Special/Alternative Assessment and Graduation Ceremony organised by Academic Affairs Department, which includes the following: • Preparations and actual conduct of exams, Special/ Alternative Assessment • Logistics setup and recovery for exam venues and meetings • Process appeals from students on examination related matters • Print academic documents, including printing diploma certificates, academic transcripts, special elective results, removal letter, and course completion letter • Support Prize Table and Diploma Counter at Graduation Ceremony 2025 • Process request for reprinting of academic documents • Assist in managing exam-related call enquiries and emails, and graduate status verifications • Support ECA’s operational areas when staff are involved in system projects

• Candidates with at least 1 to 2 years of administrative experience would be preferred • Meticulous and a good team player • Good communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, coordination and administrative skills • Be able to multi-task and manage tasks effectively • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
