What the role is
What you will be working on
On this, you develop effective Estate Management Policies, manage the budget, anchor expertise on Green and Sustainable BI Solutions and develop operational plans for continuous BI support. Your challenge lies in striking a delicate balance between exercising prudence and investing in the aging infrastructure. You will need to work closely with various stakeholders to navigate this complex landscape.
What we are looking for
You must a tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Facilities Management, Sustainability, Public Policy, Administration or Engineering, with at least 6 years' experience in Facilities Management or Building infrastructure management, including managerial experience. Possession of significant technical expertise and experience in the domain of BI maintenance is advantageous.
