You coordinate end-to-end executive processes with the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) entities, DSTA and contractors to achieve prompt and effective support.

On this, you provide administrative support to clear maintenance contractors into DIS facilities, ground verification and testing completed building and infrastructure (BI) works. You also assist in deconflicting maintenance schedules and activities to ensure readiness of the facilities. Your challenge lies in being able to manage multiple stakeholders with different concerns and specialisations, oversee the maintenance of various types of buildings and critical BI supporting systems with their own respective maintenance requirements, and make adjustments to detailed work schedules based on ground requirements.

You must have a diploma in Engineering or BI related discipline, with at least 5 years' working experience in facility maintenance and management. Possession of technical knowledge of BI systems, their operations and maintenance requirements is required. Being resourceful and having good communication skills is essential.
