You coordinate end-to-end executive processes with Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) entities, DSTA, and contractors to achieve prompt and effective support for building and infrastructure (BI) maintenance.

- Provide administrative support for clearing maintenance contractors into DIS facilities - Conduct ground verification and testing of completed BI works - Assist in deconflicting maintenance schedules and activities - Ensure readiness of facilities - Oversee maintenance of various types of buildings and critical BI supporting systems Challenge(s) - Managing multiple stakeholders with diverse concerns and specialisations - Adapting detailed work schedules to meet changing ground requirements

- Education in Engineering or BI related field - At least 5 years of work experience in facility maintenance and management - Technical knowledge of BI systems, their operations, and maintenance requirements - Good communication skills - Resourceful Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
