What you will be working on
- Manage various aspects of NSmen personnel management including staffing, succession planning, development and recognition programmes
- Facilitate quarterly NS HR Boards
- Collaborate various stakeholders to coordinate HR initiatives
- Provide smooth and effective administrative support across all functions
Challenge(s)
- Managing the complex dynamics of NS succession planning while ensuring continuity and effectiveness of the leadership pipeline
- Coordinating different priorities across multiple stakeholders
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of experience in human resource management, administration, and data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders
