What the role is

You work in the Formation HQ in charge of the National Service Human Resource (NS HR) matters.

What you will be working on

On this, you oversee and are accountable for various aspects of NSmen personnel management, such as staffing/manning, succession planning, and rewards and recognition. You convene quarterly NS HR Boards to ensure that key NS HR functions are delivered and endorsed by Formation leadership. You also work closely with various agencies and stakeholders. Your challenge lies in providing a smooth and effective NS adminstration support.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 6 years' experience in HR. You should have a good understanding of Human Resource Management (HRM) and administration with data management. You must be mature, tactful and professional in dealing with multiple stakeholders. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
