You develop and drive workstreams for the Regional HADR Coordination Centre (RHCC)'s role as a Centre of Excellence in Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR), while expanding its network of partners.

- Guide knowledge curation in HADR operations research - Oversee MINDEF/SAF interests through research topic curation - Secure partnerships with key stakeholders - Compile past engagements and existing collaboration mechanisms - Develop Principals' talking points in alignment with MINDEF/SAF's interests Challenge(s) - Balancing MINDEF/SAF interests with humanitarian objectives - Developing and maintaining long-term working relationships with diverse stakeholders

- At least 10 of relevant experience in humanitarian works, non-traditional security, or international relations - Strong command of written and spoken English - Proficiency in a second language is advantageous - Keen interest in Singapore's political, defence, and security developments - Cultural sensitivity in engaging with foreign counterparts - Professional demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders - Previous networks and experience engaging with humanitarian agencies and academia related to non-traditional security is advantageous Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
