What the role is
What you will be working on
- Ensure high standards of service delivery
- Maintain compliance with contract requirements and financial procedures
- Supervise the work and welfare of Full-Time National Servicemen (NSFs) in the Camp Operations Platoon
- Manage camp operations and infrastructure works
Challenge(s):
- Managing fast-paced real-time camp operations requiring quick thinking and problem-solving
- Maintaining high service standards while prioritising demands from multiple stakeholders
- Balancing limited resources for infrastructure works without compromising safety
What we are looking for
- Education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Building Engineering, Facilities Management or Food Science
- At least 2 years of experience in institutional-like contract management, logistics, facilities, or Food and Beverage (F&B) management roles
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Skills in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising demands
- Knowledge of safety standards in infrastructure management
