What the role is

You will be part of the Communications team in the Prime Minister’s Office (HQ) to manage public feedback received from multiple channels in accordance with Public Service standards and provide support in other areas as and when assigned.

What you will be working on

• To monitor/manage feedback from multiple feedback channels (emails to public facing inboxes, calls to public hotline, written letters) • Maintain database of feedback records and search for records as and when needed • Provide support in other areas such as in events management as and when assigned.

What we are looking for

- Relevant Public Sector experience is preferred - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Good team player with strong interpersonal skills - Organised, meticulous and service-oriented - Able to use IT systems
