You play a pivotal role in driving promotion and recognition initiatives for Full-time National Servicemen (NSFs) and Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) in the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).

- Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven decisions - Perform eligibility and verification checks for promotion and recognition initiatives - Work with multiple agencies to gather background information and analyse data - Provide insights into various National Service (NS) performance indicators Challenge(s) - Being meticulous and proactive in a fast-paced environment - Working under tight and multiple deadlines

- Education in Human Resource or Human Capital Management - At least 3 years of work experience in HR is preferred - Good team spirit, meticulous and self-motivated - Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels - Good time management and interpersonal skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
