As a Manpower Officer in SOC, you assist in the implementation of various Human Resource (HR) initiatives, strategise and develop officers within SOC to their fullest potential through efficient implementation of HR policies and practices. You are also instrumental in adopting established HR policies to monitor the performance of officers for purposes of posting, promotion, training, etc. Co-ordinate and implement Career Development Schemes as well as SPF’s Posting System for the various schemes and management of personnel and developmental training issues. You will become part of the HR fraternity where you get to learn and be au fait with latest HR practices and transformation plans issued by SPF HQ and MHA. You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.

We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic individual to be part of our Manpower Team. You will be trained to make prompt interpretations of existing HR policies, guidelines and initiatives, and provide clear and concise updates to the Unit’s Management when necessary. You will be responsible for supporting Head MP in the areas of Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management and Career Development. You will also be required to support Head Manpower in managing HR processes, keeping track of officers’ well-being, as well as communicating new or revised guidelines to the Unit’s workforce effectively.
