MND’s Digital & Social Media team spearheads the digital media strategy for MND’s policies and programmes, to promote greater awareness, grow public trust and contribute to MND’s outcomes of building an endearing home and a distinctive global city. You will be involved in strategiszing, developing and production of digital communication assets to communicate and amplify MND’s policies on our digital assets (e.g. social media assets, website direct messaging platforms), as well as contributing to sentiment tracking and analysis of online platforms.

What the role is
What you will be working on
1. Develop and execute digital strategy to communicate MND policies, drive engagement and enhance awareness.
2. Conceptualise, plan and produce videos and infographic content for digital media.
3. Supervise external vendors in the conceptualisation and timely production of digital assets. This include identifying, evaluating, securing and rolling out content partnerships to reach external audiences.
4. Strengthen and manage MND’s Digital and Social Media assets and continually identify new opportunities and content strategies to enhance MND’s digital media capabilities
5. Supervise performance tracking of MND assets (e.g. engagement rates, growth rates etc) and drive paid and organic campaigns (e.g. SEO, digital buys) to optimise and improve content on MND’s digital assets.
6. Monitor and analyse online sentiments/reactions.
7. Drive short-term marcomms campaigns and activities, as required.
8. Oversee procurement, budgets and contracts related to DSM’s work.
What we are looking for
• At least 4 - 5 years of experience in content production, marketing communications, copywriting or digital/social media development.
• Good understanding and familiarity with social media platforms, trends, SEO, Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Good understanding/sensing of current affairs, government policies as well as social, cultural and political sensitivities.
• Prior experience in production, filming, scriptwriting, post-production work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, Capcut is an advantage.
• Possess creative thinking, strong project management and written skills, eye for visuals and details.
• Team player, able to multi-task, work independently with stakeholders and adapt quickly and with good time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communications skills. Proficiency in second language (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) would be an advantage.
