You lead the Army's efforts in developing and operationalising systems and infrastructure for one-time procurement. You spearhead the Army's own independent procurement development efforts, while collaborating with cross-MINDEF stakeholders in the development of MINDEF-wide procurement systems.

By enabling more efficient and more robust procurement practices and governance, you are pivotal in maintaining and improving procurement excellence within the Army. Your challenge lies in developing solutions such as IT systems to address the rising operational costs.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, or Retail. You must have at least 6 years' experience in procurement or contract management. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
