What you will be working on
- Spearhead the Army's independent procurement development efforts
- Collaborate with cross-MINDEF stakeholders in developing MINDEF-wide procurement systems
- Enable more efficient and robust procurement practices and governance
Challenge(s)
- Developing innovative solutions, particularly IT systems, to address rising operational costs
What we are looking for
- Education in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, or Retail
- At least 6 of experience in procurement or contract management
- Understanding of procurement processes and best practices
- Ability to develop and implement IT systems for procurement
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
