As a Senior Contract Manager/Asst Director in the Coastal Protection Department, you will be working with project teams to manage various contracts and procure new contracts/services in accordance with Government Instruction Manuals.
Your job role will include, but is not limited to the following:
1. Work with project teams to procure (tender calling, evaluation and award) new contracts/services to carry out engineering studies, investigations, surveys and/or construction works.
2. Work with project teams to manage contracts for engineering studies, investigations, surveys and/or construction works, including carry out star-rate assessment, variation works etc. where needed.
3. Provide guidance to project teams on procurement related matters.
4. Provide guidance to project teams on Contract Management matters.
5. Attendance to Audit Queries.
6. Maintain close liaison and coordination with PUB Procurement and Contracts to keep abreast of latest procurement practices and initiatives.
