What the role is

Assistant Manager, Residential Leasing

What you will be working on

  • Maximise potential of properties through the formulation & implementation of marketing, estate and asset enhancement initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners including marketing and managing agents, valuers and facilities managers to increase occupancy, rejuvenate properties & estates and establish strong relationships with good tenants

  • Manage revenue and cost to ensure optimal returns from properties including the setting up and monitoring of budget for the assigned portfolio

  • Review existing contracts, practices and workflows to
    (i) complement efforts to achieve the performance level of the properties
    (ii) enhance the tenants’ experience;
    (ii) improve the service level agreements with external partners; and
    (iv) monitor the performance of external partners effectively and efficiently

  • Resolve feedback and property enquiries from public, tenants, ministries and other government agencies in a professional and timely manner in the best interests of SLA and the Government

What we are looking for

  • Candidates with relevant experience in real estate leasing preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good writing and presentation skills

  • Good sense of emerging trends in residential real estate

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Working knowledge of contracts, facilities management and government procurement would be an advantage
