We are seeking a highly motivated Senior/Assistant Director to join our dynamic Capability & Organisation Development team in the Human Resources Department. In this role, you are a team lead responsible for leading and implementing Organisational Development interventions to build a strong organisational and leadership culture, support your leaders in achieving strategic outcomes, manage change, and build capabilities to achieve optimum organisational health, performance and strong staff engagement in MOM.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Support MOM Senior Leadership to achieve strategic outcomes, while building an agile and resilient workforce through sustainable and ethical leadership
• Diagnose cultural patterns within the organisation and apply appropriate OD tools and behavioural sciences to build interventions that shift cultural patterns
• Enhance alignment and strengthen sense of purpose by helping MOMers internalise the refreshed Mission and Vision and be true advocates of the refreshed MOM brand, including developing a framework to ensure alignment and internalisation of MOM core values.
• Strengthen leadership culture and build a cohesive leadership collective by assessing alignment of culture and displayed behaviours
• Provide support in the designing and organising of leadership engagement platforms such as Leadership Forums/Retreats, HOD Forums and townhalls
• Facilitate and manage change for MOM’s strategic initiatives by developing a systemic approach in organisational diagnostics and design fit-for-purpose interventions
• Partner stakeholders and OD Community of Practice members to design and implement strategies to manage the people-side of change initiatives including needs assessments, training, communication, and cultural change.
• Partner stakeholders to align organisational structures, processes, and systems to support the successful implementation of strategic goals and foster a competency-driven workforce.
What we are looking for
• Possess tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field of study
• Possess at least 6 - 8 years of organisation development, change management or related experience
• Good knowledge in organisation design, complexity and change to implement system-wide change efforts
• Strong strategic thinking and understanding of organisational dynamics, culture, and employee engagement principles
• Proficient in data analysis, project management, and change management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
