What the role is
What you will be working on
Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the changes to a customer-centric ticketing system that would enhance commuters’ public transport ticketing experience!
Responsibilities:
• Lead co-ordinations between stakeholders for change management, to
ensure all ticketing system modifications are controlled and aligned with
operational needs and the broader vision of the public transport operations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all system changes and upgrades to
ensure clarity and ease of use.
• Analyze business and user requirements to ensure that all system solutions
align with customer expectations, operational goals and financial
sustainability and efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth analysis on system issues to achieve uninterrupted and
reliable fare collection services.
• Collaborate with teams on system upgrades, testing, and system
integration with a focus on prioritize the needs and convenience of
commuter.

What we are looking for
• Knowledge in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field are
preferred.
• At least 3 years’ working experience, preferably in change management, or
large-scale system implementations.
• Strong understanding of change management processes and sustainable
system design.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on
managing complex system changes.; and
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation
preferred.
