You are responsible for leading and managing the Joint Information Research Branch in providing long-term and event-based sensing for SAF Internal Tribe, directing target audience analysis and multi-source data fusion to derive actionable insights that support MINDEF/SAF policy development.

- Education in Communications, Sociology, Psychology or Data Science, Master's degree in associated fields is preferred - At least 15 years of relevant experience - Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and trade-offs - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
