You lead and manage a department providing long-term and event-based analysis for SAF internal stakeholders, focusing on deriving actionable insights to support MINDEF/SAF entities in developing reinforcing policies and actions.

- Direct and coordinate relevant target audience analysis - Oversee fusion and analysis of multi-source data - Derive actionable insights to support MINDEF/SAF entities - Develop policies and actions to sustain SAF's Commitment to Defence - Adapt industry best practices for fast-cycle and event-based collection, fusion, and analysis of internal stakeholder sentiments Challenge(s) - Developing an adequate understanding of data collection and analysis methodologies - Directing the department in adapting industry best practices for stakeholder sentiment analysis
