What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be responsible to drive the implementation of the new multi-modal CapDev (MMCD) framework. Your challenge lies in steering challenging discussions with DSTA and SAF stakeholders, to effect mindset shifts and needle-moving policy enhancements to MINDEF/SAF's CapDev processes.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 15 years' work experience in the area of defence technology. Possession of strong interpersonal, analytical and planning skills is required.
