What the role is

As a Senior Executive/ Manager, Procurement in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that plans and manages the procurement of goods and services for schools and MOE Headquarters (HQ).

What you will be working on

• Develop procurement approaches and strategies to meet schools and MOE HQ’s operational needs • Manage and support tender exercises for HQ divisions and schools • Establish and administer MOE’s demand aggregation contracts for HQ divisions and schools • Provide advice on procurement policies and support the development of procurement resources, guides and templates We welcome individuals with or without work experience to apply for the position.

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience in procurement work and familiarity with government procurement policies and processes would be an advantage • An independent, proactive and resourceful team player • Good analytical abilities, writing, communication and presentation skills In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
