What the role is
What you will be working on
Oversee the timely and accurate processing of land transfer and sale cases, including lease renewals, land alienation, and government land sale cases, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance with reserves principles in the disposal of State land. This includes handling appeals and approving Land Betterment Charge application cases.
Oversee the preparation, launch and award of SLA land sale site.
Manage stakeholders including other government agencies, corporate businesses, and members of the public, to facilitate smooth and transparent land transfer and sale processes.
Spearhead the formulation and review of land transfer and sale policies, such as lease renewal policies, and the development of relevant workflows to enable effective policy implementation.
Provide leadership and guidance to the division and foster a positive and productive work environment.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 15 years’ professional experience with at least 10 years in leadership and management roles.
In-depth understanding of land policies and the real estate industry including market trends, regulations and best practices.
Strong policy analysis and writing skills with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector organisations and members of public.
