What you will be working on

Responsibilities The International Engagement Department (IED) supports IPOS’ vision by establishing relationships with foreign IP stakeholders, including government agencies, institutions, creators, entrepreneurs, and others to position Singapore as a vibrant marketplace for IP transactions and commercialisation. Reporting to the Desk Head, you will be responsible for the following: • Support the department in coordinating various aspects of events planning and execution. These include pre-event activities such as procurement, stakeholder coordination and setup, as well as post-event tasks like summarising event outcomes and feedback. • Support the department in coordinating various aspects of overseas trips. These include pre-event planning such as booking of flights, accommodations and arrangements for the trip to post-events tasks such as reimbursements and billing. • Collaborate with team members, business units and various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of events and activities. These include facilitating clear communication and addressing stakeholder needs and concerns throughout the planning and execution process. • Address any other administrative and operational requirements within the office, including general invoicing and billing matters, note taking and filing, to ensure smooth and efficient daily operation. • Track and maintain deliverables of events and cooperation agreements and/or programmes with various partners. • Other ad-hoc duties assigned to you.
